Dynatrace Specialist

This role focuses on implementing, configuring, and maintaining Dynatrace monitoring solutions to ensure optimal application performance and system health. The Dynatrace Specialist will work closely with development and operations teams to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, contributing to a stable and efficient IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure Dynatrace agents and monitoring tools.
Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues identified by Dynatrace.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize application performance.
Participate in on-call rotation to address critical incidents.
Automate monitoring tasks and processes.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven experience with Dynatrace monitoring platform.
Strong understanding of application performance monitoring (APM) principles.
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving performance issues.
Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
