Architectural Draftsman

This role involves creating detailed technical drawings and plans for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications and building codes. The Architectural Draftsman will work closely with architects and engineers to translate conceptual designs into workable construction documents.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.
Review and interpret architectural designs and blueprints.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Prepare technical documentation and specifications.
Make necessary revisions and updates to drawings based on feedback.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
