Finance Tax Manager

This role involves overseeing and managing financial and tax compliance activities within a dynamic organization. The Finance Tax Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reporting, implementing tax strategies, and providing financial guidance to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance, including corporate tax, indirect taxes, and transfer pricing.
Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial performance.
Prepare and review tax returns and related documentation.
Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
Provide financial analysis and support to management.
Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors.
Identify and mitigate tax risks.
Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and regulations.
