NOC Engineer

This role focuses on ensuring the stability and performance of critical systems and networks. The NOC Engineer will proactively monitor infrastructure, identify and resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams, contributing to a reliable and efficient operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor systems and network performance using various tools and dashboards.
Respond to alerts and incidents promptly, following established procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or specialized teams.
Document incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of monitoring tools and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

0-1 years of experience in a NOC or related technical support role.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing).
Familiarity with monitoring tools and systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Basic scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) are a plus.
