SAP Compensation Variable Pay Implementation

This role focuses on the implementation and support of SAP Compensation and Variable Pay modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and customizing the system to meet business requirements, ensuring accurate and timely compensation calculations, and providing ongoing support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize SAP Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
Develop and maintain compensation plans and rules.
Perform system testing and troubleshooting.
Provide end-user training and support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience with SAP Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
Strong understanding of compensation principles and practices.
Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7 to 14 years of relevant experience.
