ServiceNow Developer

This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules, along with experience in customizing and configuring the system to optimize workflows and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Customize ServiceNow modules to meet specific business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain and update existing ServiceNow applications.
Participate in testing and quality assurance activities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its modules.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, GlideScript).
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with ITIL framework is a plus.
