UI/UX and Motion Designer

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX and Motion Designer to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in shaping the user experience across our digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Develop motion graphics and animations to enhance user engagement.
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
