QE Technical Lead

This role is for a highly motivated and experienced Quality Engineering Technical Lead to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of quality engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers.
Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
Identify, document, and track software defects.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

10 to 14 years of experience in quality assurance.
Strong experience in test automation.
Experience leading and mentoring a team of quality engineers.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Proficiency in various testing tools and techniques.
