Internal Control GRC Lead

This role is focused on providing leadership and expertise in internal controls and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust control frameworks to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining internal control frameworks.
Conducting risk assessments and identifying control gaps.
Implementing and monitoring compliance programs.
Providing guidance and training on internal controls and GRC best practices.
Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective risk management.
Reviewing and improving existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Staying abreast of regulatory changes and ensuring compliance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in internal controls, GRC, or related fields.
Strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with relevant regulatory frameworks.
Proven leadership and project management skills.
