Business Head - NBFC PMS Consulting

This role involves leading and managing a consulting practice focused on Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and Portfolio Management Services (PMS). The Business Head will be responsible for driving business growth, building client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the business development strategy for the NBFC PMS consulting practice.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Manage and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Oversee the delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge sharing within the consulting practice.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience (18-28 years) in the financial services industry, with a focus on NBFCs and/or PMS.
Proven track record of business development and client relationship management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of the NBFC and PMS regulatory landscape.
Ability to develop and implement effective consulting solutions.
