L1 Active Directory and Exchange Support Engineer

This role is focused on providing first-level support for Active Directory and Exchange environments, ensuring smooth operation and resolving user issues promptly. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of these technologies and a commitment to delivering excellent technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support for Active Directory and Exchange related incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve user authentication and authorization issues.
Perform basic Active Directory and Exchange administration tasks.
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
Document support activities and resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.

Requirements/Qualifications:

0-3 years of experience in IT support.
Solid understanding of Active Directory concepts and administration.
Familiarity with Exchange Server administration.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
