Warehouse Executive

This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate storage and distribution of goods. The Warehouse Executive will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory levels, managing warehouse staff, and optimizing processes to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
Overseeing inventory control and ensuring accuracy of stock levels.
Supervising and training warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
Optimizing warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
