Lead Software Engineer

This role involves leading and contributing to the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions. The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for guiding a team of engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices, and delivering robust and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Design and develop software solutions based on project requirements.
Write clean, testable, and efficient code.
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality.

Requirements/Qualifications:

8 to 12 years of experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in Java.
Experience with full-stack development.
Experience with Angular.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
