Student Engagement Officer

This role focuses on fostering a supportive and engaging environment for students, ensuring their active participation and success within educational programs. The Student Engagement Officer will be responsible for building relationships with students, facilitating communication, and creating opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement.
Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and events for students.
Serve as a point of contact for student inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with program staff to ensure student needs are met.
Monitor student progress and provide support as needed.
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
0-1 years of experience in student engagement or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
