We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions that power our core products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams — including product management, design, and infrastructure — to build scalable, reliable, and performant systems that make a real impact.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take ownership of complex technical challenges from conception through deployment. You will architect and implement robust backend and/or frontend systems, participate in code reviews, and help establish engineering best practices across the team. Your technical leadership will be instrumental in mentoring junior engineers and driving a culture of engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable software systems and APIs
Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt
Contribute to architectural decisions that shape the long-term direction of our platform
Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code
Champion agile development practices across the team

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong command of at least one modern programming language — Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and RESTful API design
Proficiency with relational or NoSQL databases
Familiarity with microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
