P2P Operations Lead

This role involves leading and managing the peer-to-peer operations function, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of processes. The P2P Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the peer-to-peer function.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational performance.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational documentation.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 12 years of experience in operations, preferably in a financial services or technology environment.
Strong understanding of peer-to-peer processes and workflows.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with operational systems and tools.
