Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant - Talent Learning Management

This role focuses on implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically within the Talent Learning Management module. The Functional Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the Oracle Fusion HCM system. This position requires a strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to configure and customize the system to meet specific client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Learning Management module.
Gather and document client requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Perform system testing and validation.
Provide user training and support.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customizations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly Talent Learning Management.
