Electrical Maintenance Assistant Manager

This role involves overseeing and coordinating electrical maintenance activities to ensure the reliable and safe operation of facilities. The Electrical Maintenance Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, implementing preventative maintenance programs, and responding to emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical maintenance technicians.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for electrical equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment.

Manage electrical maintenance budgets and resources.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven experience in electrical maintenance and supervision.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety procedures.

Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with building management systems (BMS) is a plus.
