AM WFM MIS QA

This role focuses on ensuring the quality and efficiency of Work Force Management (WFM), Management Information Systems (MIS), and Quality Assurance (QA) processes within a dynamic technology environment. The position requires a strong understanding of operational workflows, analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage WFM processes to optimize resource allocation and ensure service level agreements are met.
Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to provide insights into operational performance.
Lead QA initiatives to identify and resolve defects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance overall efficiency.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for optimization.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

7 to 12 years of experience in a related field.
Strong understanding of WFM, MIS, and QA principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
