Accounts Receivable Analyst

This role focuses on managing and optimizing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collection activities. The Accounts Receivable Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and reconcile accounts receivable ledgers.
Prepare and distribute invoices accurately and promptly.
Follow up on overdue payments and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Assist with month-end closing procedures.
Analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven experience in accounts receivable.
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
