Red Team Engineer

This role focuses on proactively identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities within systems and applications. As a Red Team Engineer, you will simulate real-world attack scenarios to assess the effectiveness of existing security controls and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
Develop and execute red team operations.
Identify and exploit security weaknesses.
Provide detailed reports with remediation recommendations.
Collaborate with security and development teams.
Stay up-to-date on the latest attack techniques and security trends.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in penetration testing and ethical hacking.
Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
Familiarity with various operating systems and network protocols.
Ability to think like an attacker and identify creative solutions.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
