Head E-commerce Manager - Kidswear

This role is responsible for leading and executing the e-commerce strategy for a growing kidswear brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce management, with a focus on driving sales, improving customer experience, and optimizing online operations within the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
Manage and optimize the online store, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
Oversee product merchandising, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
