Fulfillment Planner

This role focuses on ensuring the efficient and timely flow of goods through the supply chain, coordinating activities across various departments to meet customer demand. The Fulfillment Planner will be responsible for optimizing inventory levels, managing order fulfillment processes, and proactively addressing potential disruptions to maintain a seamless supply chain operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage inventory levels to meet anticipated demand while minimizing holding costs.
Coordinate order fulfillment activities across warehousing, transportation, and logistics teams.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fulfillment efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand demand forecasts and adjust fulfillment plans accordingly.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency.
Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards throughout the fulfillment process.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in fulfillment planning or supply chain management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Experience with inventory management systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
