HR Service Delivery Analyst

This role focuses on providing efficient and effective HR service delivery, ensuring smooth operations and a positive employee experience. The HR Service Delivery Analyst will be responsible for handling a variety of HR-related tasks, resolving employee queries, and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Manage and resolve employee inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
Assist in the administration of HR programs and processes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR service delivery processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in HR service delivery or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
