Quality Assurance Lead

This role focuses on leading and executing quality assurance activities for a dynamic digital transformation project. The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance engineers.
Identify, document, and track software defects.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

8 to 13 years of experience in software quality assurance.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques.
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with cloud technologies is a plus.
Experience in digital transformation projects is a plus.
