Vendor Management Analyst - TPRM Governance

This role focuses on ensuring robust vendor risk management and governance practices within the organization. The Vendor Management Analyst will play a crucial role in assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks associated with third-party vendors, contributing to a secure and compliant operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct vendor risk assessments and due diligence reviews.
Develop and maintain vendor risk management policies and procedures.
Monitor vendor performance against established risk criteria.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure vendor compliance.
Assist in the development and delivery of vendor risk management training.
Maintain accurate records of vendor risk assessments and mitigation activities.
Stay abreast of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

3 to 7 years of experience in vendor management, risk management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of vendor risk management frameworks and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with vendor risk management tools is a plus.
