Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.

Requirements/Qualifications:

8 to 13 years of experience in software engineering.
Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Experience with cloud technologies and distributed systems.
Ability to problem-solve effectively and make sound technical decisions.
