Application Engineer - CAE, Welding, Heat Treatment

This role involves providing application engineering support for CAE software solutions within the welding and heat treatment industries. The Application Engineer will work closely with customers to understand their needs, configure software solutions, and provide training and support to ensure successful implementation and utilization of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide application engineering support to customers, including software configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Develop and deliver training programs for customers on the use of CAE software.
Work with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate software solutions.
Create and maintain documentation, including user manuals, tutorials, and knowledge base articles.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in CAE technology and the welding/heat treatment industries.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3 to 6 years of experience in application engineering, preferably in the CAE or manufacturing industries.
Strong understanding of welding and heat treatment processes.
Experience with CAE software (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus) is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
