BI Developer - Global Enterprise Data Analytics

This role focuses on developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making within a global enterprise. The BI Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing data models, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.
Develop and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics requirements.
Perform data quality checks and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability.
Document data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in business intelligence and data warehousing concepts.
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
