Procurement Analyst I

This role supports the procurement function by assisting in the sourcing, negotiation, and management of goods and services. The Procurement Analyst will contribute to cost savings initiatives, ensure compliance with procurement policies, and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the sourcing and evaluation of potential vendors.
Support the negotiation of contracts and pricing agreements.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and contracts.
Monitor vendor performance and address any issues.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management).
1 to 6 years of experience in procurement or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
