Senior Business Analyst II

This role involves analyzing business needs and translating them into technical requirements for software solutions. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand their challenges and design effective solutions that improve business processes and enhance system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions.
Create and maintain documentation, including process flows and use cases.
