IT Support Engineer

This role is focused on providing technical support and assistance to users, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and resolving technical issues promptly. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems, and escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
Document support requests and resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to senior support staff.
Assist with IT projects and initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in IT support.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
