Lead QA Tester

This role is focused on ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. As a Lead QA Tester, you will be responsible for leading testing efforts, identifying and resolving defects, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
Identify, document, and track software defects.
Collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
Lead and mentor junior QA team members.
Participate in requirements and design reviews.
Automate testing processes where appropriate.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications

4-5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience leading and mentoring QA teams.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
