Manager - Solution Consulting Operations

This role is focused on supporting the Solution Consulting team and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills, capable of streamlining processes and enabling the team to focus on customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Solution Consulting operational processes.
Provide administrative and logistical support to the Solution Consulting team.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Solution Consulting activities.
Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for the Solution Consulting team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage and maintain data integrity within relevant systems.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in an operational support or administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with CRM or sales enablement platforms is a plus.
