Senior Manager - Governance, KM, Policy & Compliance

This role is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of governance, knowledge management, policy, and compliance programs within the organization. The position will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain regulatory adherence, while also fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Manage and enhance knowledge management systems and processes to facilitate information sharing and collaboration.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies and procedures, recommending improvements as needed.
Provide guidance and training to employees on governance, policy, and compliance matters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of governance and compliance initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Law, Finance).
6 to 9 years of experience in governance, risk management, compliance, or a related role.
Strong understanding of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with knowledge management systems and processes.
