Senior Counsel AVP

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide expert legal counsel within a dynamic and global financial institution. The Senior Counsel AVP will be responsible for advising on a wide range of legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and mitigating legal risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and guidance to business units.

Manage litigation and regulatory investigations.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Advise on legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Conduct legal research and analysis.
