Territory Service Manager

This role involves managing and expanding service operations within a defined territory. The Territory Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee service delivery within the assigned territory.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide training and support to service teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications

3 to 8 years of experience in a service management or related role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding client expectations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
