Manager, Compute Infrastructure, Linux Operations

This role focuses on managing and maintaining a robust and scalable compute infrastructure environment, with a strong emphasis on Linux operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of critical systems, while also driving improvements and implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Linux-based compute infrastructure.
Oversee system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Implement and maintain security protocols and best practices.
Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
Participate in on-call rotation for critical system support.
Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in managing compute infrastructure environments.
Strong expertise in Linux operating systems and administration.
Experience with virtualization technologies.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
Solid understanding of networking principles.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with cloud technologies is a plus.
