Business Continuity Management

This role focuses on ensuring the resilience and operational stability of critical business functions in the face of potential disruptions. The Business Continuity Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive business continuity plan to minimize downtime and protect the organization's assets and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain business continuity plans and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential threats to business operations.
Coordinate business impact analyses to determine critical functions and recovery time objectives.
Test and exercise business continuity plans through simulations and drills.
Provide training and awareness programs on business continuity best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of experience in business continuity management or a related field.
Strong understanding of business continuity principles, standards, and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with risk assessment and mitigation techniques.
