FEA Engineer

This role focuses on applying finite element analysis (FEA) techniques to solve complex engineering problems and contribute to the design and optimization of products and systems. The FEA Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the structural integrity and performance of designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute FEA models to simulate structural behavior under various loading conditions.
Analyze simulation results and provide recommendations for design improvements.
Validate FEA models against experimental data.
Collaborate with design engineers to integrate FEA findings into the design process.
Create and maintain FEA documentation.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience with FEA software (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus).
Strong understanding of structural mechanics principles.
Ability to interpret and communicate technical information effectively.
Experience with material modeling and failure analysis.
