HR Recruitment

This role focuses on identifying and attracting top talent to support the organization's growth and success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards and social media.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

Requirements/Qualifications:

0-1 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
