Third Engineer SF

This role involves ensuring the safe and efficient operation of marine engineering systems onboard vessels. The Third Engineer is a vital member of the engine room team, responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and contributing to the overall performance of the vessel.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair engine room machinery and equipment.
Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
Adhere to safety regulations and environmental protocols.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
Participate in emergency drills and response procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience in marine engineering or a related field.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
