Embedded Firmware Engineer - Walk-in Drive

This role involves developing and maintaining embedded firmware for various applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and debugging firmware solutions, ensuring they meet performance and reliability requirements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop embedded firmware for microcontrollers and processors.
  • Write efficient and well-documented code.
  • Test and debug firmware, identifying and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate firmware with hardware components.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards.
  • Develop and maintain unit tests and integration tests.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in embedded firmware development.
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++.
  • Experience with microcontrollers and embedded systems.
  • Knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
