Senior Urban Planner Infrastructure Engineer

This role focuses on contributing to the planning and development of urban infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be involved in various stages of project lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation and monitoring, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review urban planning proposals and infrastructure designs.
Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed projects.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, private developers, and community groups.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
5 to 10 years of experience in urban planning and infrastructure development.
Strong understanding of urban planning principles, policies, and regulations.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., GIS, CAD).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
