HR Recruiter Beta Consulting

This role focuses on identifying and attracting top talent to support the company's growth and organizational needs. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience and contributing to a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in recruitment, preferably within a consulting environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
