Oracle EPM Solution Lead

Role Overview

AMK Technology is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Solution Lead to join their dynamic team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation and solutioning of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects, working closely with clients to understand their financial planning and reporting needs, and translating them into robust, scalable EPM solutions. You will serve as a subject matter expert and technical leader, guiding cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle EPM solutions including modules such as PBCS, EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, and Narrative Reporting
Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
Oversee configuration, development, testing, and deployment of Oracle EPM applications
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and development team members
Conduct solution workshops, demos, and proof-of-concept presentations for clients
Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and project timelines
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across EPM modules
Collaborate with project managers to track deliverables, risks, and project milestones
Support pre-sales activities including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal preparation

Requirements / Qualifications

Between six to nine years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM implementations
Strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as PBCS, EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, and/or EDMCS
Proven experience in leading at least two or more full-cycle Oracle EPM implementations
Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes
Proficiency in Groovy scripting, Business Rules, and Data Integration/Data Management
Experience with REST APIs and EPM Automate for automation and integration
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
Oracle EPM certification is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
