SAP HCM ABAP Developer

This role involves developing and maintaining SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ABAP code to meet business requirements, ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of SAP HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces for SAP HCM.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform unit testing and integration testing of developed solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM functionality.
Collaborate with functional consultants and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in the design and implementation of SAP HCM enhancements and new functionalities.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as an ABAP Developer with a focus on SAP HCM.
Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
Proficiency in ABAP programming language, including data dictionary, reports, and screens.
Experience with SAP development tools and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
