Record to Report

This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, providing essential support for informed decision-making within the organization. The Record to Report specialist will be responsible for managing the entire financial close process, from data collection to reporting, adhering to established accounting principles and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
Prepare and analyze financial statements.
Reconcile general ledger accounts.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3 to 6 years of experience in record to report functions.
Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
Proficiency in financial reporting software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
