Founder Personal Brand PR Executive

This role is focused on building and managing the personal brand of the founder, leveraging public relations and strategic communication to enhance visibility and credibility. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and creative individual with a strong understanding of brand building, media relations, and digital marketing, capable of crafting compelling narratives and securing impactful media coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive personal brand strategy for the founder.
Manage media relations, including pitching stories, responding to inquiries, and building relationships with journalists.
Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blog posts, and articles.
Monitor media coverage and online reputation, addressing any issues proactively.
Coordinate speaking engagements and appearances for the founder.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1-4 years of experience in public relations, brand management, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of media landscape and digital marketing trends.
Ability to think strategically and creatively.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts.
Experience in managing personal brands is a plus.
