Production Support Analyst

This role focuses on providing comprehensive support for production systems, ensuring stability, performance, and reliability. The Production Support Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and collaborating with various teams to maintain a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor production systems and applications for performance and errors.
Investigate and resolve production incidents and problems in a timely manner.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.
Collaborate with development, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments.
Document support processes and procedures.
Participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications

Experience in production support or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ITIL processes.
Experience with scripting languages is a plus.
